Les liens entre les objectifs de formation, les facteurs sociodemographiques et la reussite chez des participants a un MOOC professionnalisant

Cet article étudie les facteurs de réussite dans un cours en ligne ouvert à tous (Massive Open Online Course [MOOC]) professionnalisant. D’une part, nous cherchons à savoir si les objectifs professionnels, les objectifs de réussite, et les buts de formation sont liés à la réussite. D’autre part, nous cherchons à vérifier si les facteurs socioprofessionnels, démographiques ou le temps disponible à la formation sont également liés à la réussite. Nos résultats montrent que ce sont des facteurs externes tels que le genre, la catégorie socioprofessionnelle, le fait d’être en emploi ou non, ainsi que la disponibilité temporelle qui influencent la réussite dans une formation continue en ligne, plutôt que les objectifs d’investissement professionnel et les objectifs de réussite.
