Performance organisationnelle : le rôle du sentiment d’efficacité personnelle des enseignants

Résumé

Cette étude s’intéresse aux rôles distincts et complémentaires des composantes du sentiment d’efficacité personnelle (SEP) des enseignants (déploiement de stratégies d’enseignement, gestion de classe, engagement envers les apprenants) en regard de leur performance organisationnelle (performance subjective, comportements de citoyenneté organisationnelle individus [CCOI] et organisation [CCOO]). Les données ont été collectées auprès de 250 enseignants d’établissements d’enseignement collégial du Québec. Les résultats des analyses montrent que seule la composante du déploiement de stratégies d’enseignement du SEP prédit une seule composante de la performance, soit les CCOI. Les conclusions de l’étude appuient le fait d’étudier séparément les composantes du SEP en regard de la performance organisationnelle des enseignants, car elles ont bien des rôles distincts et complémentaires sur la performance organisationnelle.

est doctorante et détentrice d’une maitrise en administration et politiques de l'éducation à l’Université Laval. Elle évolue sous la direction de la Pre Louise Clément au sein du département des fondements et pratiques en éducation. Ses travaux de recherche portent non seulement sur la motivation au travail du personnel enseignant, non-enseignant et de direction et les manifestations qu’elle engendre, mais également sur les facteurs de risque psychosociaux au travail. Elle réalise des analyses statistiques avancées à l’aide de la modélisation par équations structurelles (SEM) et ses travaux de recherche sont en partie financés par le Conseil de recherches en sciences humaines du Canada (CRSH). alice.levasseur.1@ulaval.ca

est professeure titulaire au Département des fondements et pratiques en éducation à la Faculté des sciences de l’éducation de l’Université Laval.
