LA MOTIVATION INTRINSÈQUE AU TRAVAIL CHEZ LES DIRECTEURS D'ÉCOLE ANGLOPHONES
Abstract
This communication is based on the results of a study focussing on the theory of employment characteristics. Data were obtained from 49 randomly selected English-speaking school principals. Variance analysis was used to determine if there were significant differences between averages obtained by school principals grouped under certain independent variables. Results suggests differences of motivation which have practical implications. RÉSUMÉ La présente communication fait état des résultats d'une étude qui repose sur la théorie des caractéristiques des emplois. Les données furent recueillies auprès de 49 directeurs d'école anglophones choisis au hasard. L'analyse de la variance fut utilisée afin de déterminer s'il existait des différences significatives entre les moyennes obtenues par les directeurs d'école regroupés selon certaines variables indépendantes. Les résultats révèlent des différences de motivation qui mènent à des implications pratiques.Downloads
