FAMILY LIFE EDUCATION: IDENTITY, OBJECTIVES, AND FUTURE DIRECTIONS
Abstract
Family Life Education is a new profession. As such, it has a history, and is developing a body of knowledge, standards and style of practice, areas of research, and a vision of its future. This paper reviews the literature in these elements and assesses the status of the profession in its identity. RÉSUMÉ L'enseignement de la vie de famille est une nouvelle profession qui de cet fait, a une histoire et se constitue une somme de connaissances, de normes et de démarches, en plus d'offrir des possibilités de recherche et une vision de son avenir. Le présent article fait l'analyse de la documentation parue à ce sujet et évalue la situation de la profession par rapport à son identité.Downloads
