THE IDENTITY WORK OF PRESCHOOL AND PRIMARY LEVEL STAKEHOLDERS IN A CONTINUING EDUCATION CONTEXT: A SELF-AWARENESS AND MEANING-MAKING PROCESS
This article presents an identity work model of preschool and primary level stakeholders undertaken in a continuing education context. Biographical productions and a group interview were analyzed using a qualitative framework. The analytical approach illustrated that identity work is carried out through a self-awareness and meaning-making process that occurs under the gaze of others and is marked by shocks, tensions, and reassessments.
