THE FUTURE OF QUEBEC: ALTERNATIVE SCENARIOS
Abstract
Quebec is a challenging subject for scenario writing. It has undergone profound transformations during the past fifteen years, it is subject to all the pressures of North American society and, in its attempt to define its cultural identity, it is facing problems which are less sharply defined elsewhere. Here are three scenarios for the future of Quebec over the next twenty years.Downloads
