L'ÉDUCATION ET LES PROBLÈMES DE MARGINALISATION SUR LE MARCHÉ DU TRAVAIL
Abstract
ABSTRACT. The purpose of the article is to examine the relationship between education and marginalized social groups with respect to the labour market. The problems that arise do not stem from a combination of circumstances, but are structural, so we cannot expect to see them disappear in the current period of economic recovery. The contribution education can make towards solving these problems, as well as its limits is discussed. Furthermore, in view of the fact that the marginalization process can begin in school and be reinforced in the labour market, certain practices in education are examined. Lastly, since effective solutions for these problems cannot be found solely through education, innovative alternatives are explored.Downloads
