This qualitative research seeks to identify and describe the institutional, personal and interpersonal motivations of six Quebecer students to pursue, directly from Secondary V, university level studies. Issues requiring further critical reflection in relation to the relevance of pre-university programming for these students are also suggested.</p>}, number={2}, journal={McGill Journal of Education / Revue des sciences de l’éducation de McGill}, author={Stitou, Mariam and Duchesne, Claire}, year={2011}, month={Sep.} }
