SERVICE DELIVERY IN AN INSTITUTION: A CASE STUDY
Abstract
The history of a large, private residential institution is presented as a prototype of changes in service delivery over the past 140 years. Three conceptual orientations are labeled as "healers", "guardians", and "fixers". New developments taking form at the institution portend future directions at other large, residential centres. Downloads
