RESEARCH NEEDS IN THE POLITICS OF CANADIAN EDUCATION
Abstract
It has begun to be generally appreciated that the conduct of research in education should be as resourceful and varied as its vast topic, embracing as it does all that is done under the auspices of the word 'civilization'. Approaching the politics of education in Canada as a relatively new field, Nelson reviews no fewer than thirteen dimensions of choice that the researcher should be aware of, with the intention of generating significant topics and treatments. He proceeds to illustrate with a number of current topics that seem to him to demand investigation, setting out the treatments that appear to be indicated for each.Downloads
